Privacy policy

Last updated 2026-08-16

This Privacy Policy explains how Giovanna's Entertainment LLC("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when an adult visits our website, contacts us, or books party entertainment and rental services.

We collect information you provide, information created while we fulfill a booking, and limited technical information generated when you use the website.

  • Contact and inquiry information, including your name, email address, phone number, and message.
  • Event and booking information, including event and rental dates and times, event and billing addresses, selected packages, rentals or services, event notes, setup details, surface type, and pickup preferences.
  • Transaction information, including prices, taxes, delivery charges, deposits, balances, refunds, payment status, and identifiers supplied by Stripe. Stripe collects and stores your payment-card details; we do not receive or store your full card number.
  • Waiver information, including the signer's name, agreement, timestamp, IP address, and the generated waiver certificate.
  • Technical and usage information, such as IP address, browser or device information, request and security logs, error details, and—only after you allow analytics—information about how you use the website.
  • Information returned by service providers, such as payment status from Stripe and location coordinates used to calculate delivery or confirm service coverage.
  • Respond to inquiries and provide customer support.
  • Check availability, assign qualified staff, create and fulfill bookings, and coordinate delivery, setup, service, and pickup.
  • Process deposits, scheduled balances, payments, cancellations, and eligible refunds.
  • Send transactional messages such as confirmations, receipts, booking-management links, reminders, and important event updates.
  • Create and retain signed waivers and other records needed to provide the service.
  • Protect the website and our customers, prevent fraud or misuse, troubleshoot errors, and improve reliability.
  • Measure website performance and booking activity when you have allowed analytics.
  • Meet accounting, tax, legal, insurance, and dispute-resolution obligations.

We use necessary browser storage and cookies to operate the website. For example, a booking draft may remain in your browser for up to 7 days, and a secure booking-management session may use a cookie so you can manage a specific booking.

Google Analytics is optional and does not load unless you select “Allow analytics.” If enabled, it may use cookies or similar identifiers to measure page visits, interactions, device information, and approximate location. We do not intentionally send your name, email address, phone number, payment details, message contents, or precise event address to Google Analytics. We currently keep advertising storage and ad personalization disabled.

Your analytics choice is stored in your browser for up to 12 months. You can change it at any time through “Cookie settings” in the website footer. Choosing “Only necessary” will prevent optional analytics from loading on that browser.

We do not sell personal information. We also do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We disclose information only as needed to operate the business, provide a requested service, or comply with law.

  • Stripe processes payments, stores payment methods when needed for scheduled balances, and processes eligible refunds.
  • Resend delivers booking emails and contact-form messages.
  • Vercel hosts the application, provides infrastructure and logs, and stores generated waiver certificates through Vercel Blob.
  • Sentry receives application error and performance information used to diagnose problems.
  • Google Analytics receives optional website-usage information only after consent.
  • OpenStreetMap's Nominatim service receives address information needed for geocoding, delivery calculations, and service-area checks.
  • Our owners, employees, and service providers may receive the limited event information they need to fulfill your booking.
  • We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, investigate fraud, handle a dispute, or complete a business reorganization or transfer.

We keep information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy. Booking, transaction, invoice, waiver, and communication records may be retained to provide services and satisfy accounting, tax, insurance, legal, fraud-prevention, and dispute-resolution needs. Contact-form messages may remain in our business email accounts until they are no longer needed.

Third-party providers retain information according to their own policies and the settings we select. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it, subject to technical backup cycles and legal recordkeeping requirements.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. These include limiting access to people and providers that need it and using secure service providers for payments and hosting. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

You may ask us to provide, correct, or delete personal information associated with you. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request, and we may retain information when required or permitted for accounting, tax, fraud-prevention, legal, insurance, safety, or dispute purposes.

You may also decline optional analytics or change a previous choice through the cookie settings in the footer. Browser controls can block cookies, although blocking necessary storage may prevent parts of checkout or booking management from working.

Our website and booking service are intended for adults, including parents, guardians, and event organizers. They are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information online directly from children under 13. If you believe a child submitted personal information directly to us, please contact us so we can review and delete it when appropriate.

We and our service providers may process information in the United States and other locations where those providers operate. Privacy protections may differ between jurisdictions.

We may update this policy as our website, services, or legal obligations change. We will post the updated version here and revise the date above. If a change is material, we will provide additional notice when appropriate.

For privacy questions or requests, use the email address, phone number, or contact page below.

Payments are processed by Stripe — Giovanna's Entertainment never receives or stores your card details.
