Yes. Enter your event date, times and address to see available rentals and entertainment services. Card checkout confirms the booking after payment. An invoice or purchase-order request must be reviewed before it is confirmed.
We check every part of the package for your requested time. You choose from the available inflatables, and the system confirms that qualified staff are available for each included entertainment service before you continue.
Yes. You can book an individual rental, entertainment service or concession item. For hourly entertainment, choose the start and end time that works for your event; any minimum service charge is shown before checkout.
Checkout shows the exact deposit, taxes, delivery charges and remaining balance before you pay. You may pay in full, and bookings close to the event date may require full payment. When a balance remains, it is charged automatically to the card used at checkout on the scheduled date shown to you.
Use the private management link in your confirmation email. It shows whether your booking is currently eligible for an automatic full refund under the cancellation policy. After the displayed cutoff, you may still cancel, but a refund is not automatic.
Yes. Select an organization event type at checkout and choose the invoice or purchase-order option. The request does not reserve your date until we review and confirm it. Approved requests receive an invoice, W-9 and Certificate of Insurance information.
